The Plan a Pizza Party Project covers a variety of curriculum standards such as, skip counting, place value, adding and subtracting multi-digit numbers, beginning decimals, word problems and more. Works well as an independent learning packet. About a week of work for the younger grades.
Design an Island Map teaches students about the coordinate system and then allows students to showcase their learning of coordinates through a fun, hands-on, creative project. 2-3 days of work for most classes.
