This was a quick, helpful resource for me to use to introduce prime factorization to my 6th graders. They caught on quickly. I especially liked how there's a decreasing amount of support provided so that the last one they are doing almost entirely on their own.

Very basic. I didn't notice that the factoring doesn't focus on using the smallest prime possible, so not really useful at my level. I can use it as a review of last year's work and then show how this year will build on/differ from this.

Hi! Thank you so much for your feedback - you're right this is a very basic introduction to prime factorization as my students are in a life skills program and I will change this in the description. Let me know if you'd like me to email you the original document so you can add more difficult problems in a similar format (SpEdderTogether@gmail.com).
