This student sheet has been a lifesaver in my private lessons. By logging what we worked on that lesson and what the student was expected to work on during the week, it saves my brain from having to remember any of it. Especially with a large studio, it can be impossible to remember everything!

The PDF file includes two versions: a full-page version, and a half-sheet version with two on a page.

This is generic, so it can be used for any type of music lessons you are giving.

In my own studio I make sure my students keep this sheet in their folder and then they bring it back to their next lesson.
