This is an engaging activity to help students understand probability. All you need is a bag of colored items (I used cubes). Students pull from the bag and record their data in the charts provided. They then answer the following questions. Vocabulary included: certain, impossible, most likely, more likely, least likely, less likely. I did this activity with 2nd graders and they loved it.
