How to Wash Dishes

Materials
• Gloves
• Scourer
• Dirty dishes
• Hot water
• Detergent
• Brush
• Dish rack
• Towel

Instructions
1. Wash hands and put on gloves.
2. Pour hot, soapy water into one sink for washing
3. Pour hot water into the other sink for rinsing
4. Wash the dirty dishes in this order: Leave greasy items until last.
a. glassware,
b. cutlery,
c. dishes,
d. baking equipment, and
e. pots and pans.
5. Rinse brush.
6. Dry dishes and put away
7. Wipe counters and sink.

WARNING: Wash knives separately, as they can cause injury.
