This middle or high school art project bundle tasks students with creating a character design and character animation using Procreate. No experience is needed, learn alongside your students! All you need is an iPad and preferably an Apple Pencil. 2 projects, 10 activities are included!

These 2 Procreate projects work seamlessly together. The first project introduces them to the basics of Procreate while they design a character and create a model board. The second project introduces them to animation basics and then tasks them with animating the character they designed.

In an Introduction to Design or Media Art course, learning program basics is an essential part. This includes 2 Procreate activities that introduce students to basic tools and functions in Procreate as well as tasking them with a larger project, animating a character.

This lesson plan pack is extremely comprehensive. Even if you have zero experience with Procreate, you can learn along with the students with the resources included. Step-by-step instructions to learn program basics and an overview of the tools and menus are included.
