Description

I created this powerpoint to train both general education and special education teachers. It is a basic behavior analysis presentation, which could also be used with education students. The powerpoint begins with a scenario describing a student named Sammy and his problem behaviors. It is helpful to copy/ paste the scenario onto a word document and hand-out to staff so they can refer back to it during the presentation. From there the slides discuss the antecedents, target problem behaviors, consequences maintaining the behaviors, perceived functions of behaviors, and more appropriate replacement behaviors. It touches upon the sensory aspect of problem behaviors. Throughout the slides I called on staff to help me analysis Sammy's behaviors. It went very well and staff members told me it was helpful and realistic. :)
