Step 1: Eliminate Uncertainty Whenever Possible
Step 2: Introduce and Explain the Classroom Rules
Step 3: Teach Procedures for Daily Routines
Step 4: Clarify Expectations for Behavior and Academics
Step 5: Explain Consequences and Use Reinforcement Strategies

Lesson 3: Practicing and Reinforcing Rules, Procedures, and Expectations (15:55, video run time)
Step 1: Model and Practice Expected Behaviors
Step 2: Strengthen Authority Through Consistency
Step 3: Reinforce Authority by Connecting to Your Classroom Rules
Step 4: Reinforce Expectations with Positive and Corrective Feedback
