Description

  • Progress monitoring for numbers 1-10, 1-20, 21-50.
  • Progress monitoring for identifying capital and lowercase letters.
  • Progress monitoring for letter-sound correspondence.
  • Table for date, score and percentage (5x a year).
  • Table for teachers comments.
  • Scores converted into percentages for you (ANSWER KEY).
  • Use the same paper all 5x with a convenient checklist.
  • Student copies can be laminated so that every student reads from the laminated copy. The teacher can follow along and use the checklist (under each letter/number) while the students read off their copy.
  • EXAMPLE INCLUDED!!!
  • A few adjustments were made after hearing feedback from co-workers. It has been perfected. Example pictures are from the original; however you can still understand how to use these documents. They have worked great so far for my kindergarten and first grade team!

I was never able to find a perfect alphabet (letters and sounds) and numbers progress monitoring that I loved. So, I decided to make one. It has been great so far, I hope it works for you too!

Feedback is greatly appreciated!

This made things so much easier and I did not have to print out sheets to test them. I can just easily use my laptop and share my screen with my students. I love how there are five boxes to check off for each marking period. Amazing!
