Description

FREE project-based learning activity for 4th, 5th, and 6th grade.

This is a great collaborative activity where groups of 3 students create a test to give to two other groups of students. Each student ends up taking two tests, and they are returned to the original group. The original group grades, then converts to decimals and percent. This PBL also hits data collection, representing data in a graph, and much more!

Common Core Standards:
5.NBT.A.3: Read, write, and compare decimals to thousandths.
5.G.A.2: Represent real world and mathematical problems by graphing points in the first quadrant of the coordinate plane, and interpret coordinate values of points in the context of the situation.
6.NS.C.9: Convert between expressions for positive rational numbers, including fractions, decimals, and percents.
