[20% OFF First 24 Hours!]

A trip to the pumpkin patch is often one of the many highlights of a child's October. Give your students the opportunity to plan and run their own pumpkin patch this year!

With this resource, students will multiply and divide 3 digit by 2 digit whole numbers as well as some decimal numbers when working with money and determining profits. They will use area models and partial products, and organize their information into tables to help with their planning. They will create a plan for their pumpkin patch to increase engagement. They will design the pumpkin patch, purchase animals for their petting zoos, and design a "Mysterious Maze" that may become their customer's favorite part of the experience! Students will follow a recipe to create hot apple cider, and determine how much of each ingredient they will need to cater to all of their customers. They will determine how much profit they will make from their caramel corn sales, petting zoo tickets, hay ride tickets, and of course, pumpkins!

Use this product as a supplement to your math curriculum, as review over these topics, or as an early finisher project! Your students are sure to be engaged in their math as they create their dream pumpkin patch!
