Description

This pdf includes one center for measuring angles using a protractor. I used this in correlation with the NYS Fourth Grade Math Module 4, which is about geometry. These could be used in other grades as well to increase fluency, challenge students in younger grades, or to help students who struggle in higher grades. In this center, students take a card, determine whether the angle is right, obtuse, or acute, and then use a protractor (not included) to measure the angles. There is an answer key provided for this center. These are aligned with the common core state standards 4.MD.C and 4.G.A.

This center has 20 cards, which are numbered.

There is also an answer key provided at the end.
