Description
I use this worksheet as notes for proving triangle congruence using SSS, SAS, ASA, AAS, and HL. This is a quick and easy way to talk about the differences between each theorem/postulate.
I mark up congruent sides with the same number of tick marks and congruent angles with the same number of arcs on each of the 5 types of triangle congruence theorems/postulates.
I also write triangle congruence statements for each set of triangles to emphasize that if you know, for example, that all the sides have a congruent corresponding side then you can prove the two triangles are congruent (triangle ABC is congruent to triangle XYZ using SSS).
