• Coloring what their pumpkin looks like
• Counting how many lines (ridges) it has
• Measuring how tall it is in inches
• Identifying the pumpkin’s shape
• Predicting and testing if the pumpkin floats or sinks
• Counting how many seeds are inside
• Designing their own jack-o’-lantern face
