These games can be used as a pre-assessment to see what your students already know, as a review, or as an assessment after teaching number order, addition facts to 10 or telling time to the hour and half-hour. Great games to play during Halloween Week or for your unit on pumpkins.
You can also play “ Around the World” where a card is shown to 2 students standing and the first one to yell out the answer moves to the next desk. The student that makes it to the most desks wins. The directions to this and other fun games are included.

If you are a parent using these cards, you could tape the cards around the house and have your children walk around and fill out the recording sheet. It would get them up and moving as they learn. They can use the pumpkin manipulatives to help with counting or adding.
