Pumpkin Patch Factor Pairs Craftivity (Math Project)

Are you looking for a fall project that gives your students the chance to be creative AND practice a math skill? This pumpkin patch factor pair craftivity is simple, ready to print and go, and a great way for students to show their knowledge of factor pairs.

For this project, students will be assigned a number and find its factor pairs. The factor pairs will be recorded on pumpkin pieces that will be displayed on a pumpkin patch background that students design and put together!

This project can be done two ways: with the premade backgrounds OR students creating their own background with extra cutout pieces. This project is perfect for the fall season!

What is included:

  • Teacher instruction pages that provide details about each step of the project, as well as suggestions for how to facilitate the project
  • A planning sheet for students to record factor pairs prior to completing their project
  • All necessary cutout pieces used for the project
  • Premade background pages for 24 different numbers that can be assigned to students.
  • Example projects
  • A rubric if students will be assessed on their completed project
