This puzzle activity was designed to be used as a hands-on, self-checking review after instruction on identifying fractions that represent shaded regions. Great for centers, student partners, or individual review. Students will match picture cards to the correct fraction on the game board. When finished, if the pictures are correctly matched, students will turn the cards over to reveal a fun picture. Especially good for students who need that extra hands-on reinforcement.

Includes one set of picture match cards ready to cut out, one game board, one picture with cutting lines included, teacher directions, and a student directions card.

Initial teacher prep time is approximately 15 minutes. Cards and game board can then be used over and over.
