Description
When's a good time to introduce user input? After they've learned variables! That's why I teach variables first. Now that they understand how input/process/output works it's time to have them code a proper user-friendly program.
The exercises from Python Unit 3 Variables can now be put to good use! There are 16 problems and YOU assign each student their own problem. It's already set up for differentiated instruction since the problems range in difficulty from a single input to multiple inputs.
If your kids didn't do unit 3 (and they should cause it will save you huge headaches and teaching time!), this resource includes an alternate assessment.
