QR codes are a fun way to get the students engaged in a new lesson.

In this material, your students will be solving addition problems and checking their work by scanning QR codes. After confirming their answer, they will record it on the answer sheet to reinforce the addition fact in their minds.

All you need for this lesson is a device that has a QR Code Scanner installed.

There are 40 flashcards in this packet (8 on each page) that can be copied onto cardstock and made into flashcards. Laminating the answer sheet will allow multiple uses of this activity in a center or during independent work.

Addition facts using single digit numbers are included. Watch for the double digit flashcards to be posted soon!
