Description

Included in this download are 12 QR Code task cards for students to practice identifying 2-D shapes. Using QR Codes in the classroom allows students to self-check and self-correct their independent work and thinking. Students will need to use an iPad, iPod, similar tablet, or a QR Code reader on the computer to scan the code to check their answer. The students will record their answer on the matching recording sheet.

This is a great math center activity and would also be an ideal assessment tool to evaluate how well students can identify the names of the 2-D shapes. It would also be a fun review game for the whole class or used as an intro to a mini-lesson. I hope you enjoy! :)

If you like QR code activities, check out my other items that contain QR codes for the classroom. :)
