Want to reach out to parents about the awesome things their kids are doing in class? Wish you had more time to give thoughtful, personalized shoutouts to students who put in extra effort? Need an easy way to use positive reinforcement in class without spending a fortune on candy?!

Here is a handy Google Form and linked QR code poster for rewarding student achievements and connecting with parents. Terrific for classroom management, teaching students to self-advocate, promote student self-efficacy, and facilitate positive interactions with parents that will bring smiles to their faces!

Highly recommended for new teachers in need of classroom management help and for experienced teachers who want to go paperless and show off their tech chops!

Directions:

1. Student does something awesome in class (yay!!)

2. You give student the code

3. Student uses an electronic device (phones work best) to scan and fill out form

Optional: You can give an additional reward to the student as you find appropriate for their achievement

4. Use the Google Form email collection feature to send your student's note directly to parents!

5. Everyone is happy! #TeacherGoals

Voila! You have a record of every awesome achievement for every student in one handy location - your Google Drive!

Completely editable, customizable, and useable in any classroom setting. Can be used with or without the QR code (instructions inside).

This is such a time saver and so creative! Parents love the positive feedback, and it helps me with record keeping to have the bathroom users, homework forgetters, and behavior issues all recorded on a spreadsheet. Great resource!
