QR Code Scans and Learning
Place these throughout your room or all over the halls of your school. I use these with my Walopoly game board. Student will take the iPad and go on their learning adventure!

Adventure Cards
I laminated mine and hung with wax hook tabs in halls.
All but one QR code takes them to a video for additional learning.
Videos are youtube links. We tried safe share, but links would freeze.

List of Adventure Cards included in this pack
Sound Animation Adventure Card
Warner Brothers, Pixar, and Disney all talk about sound animation and how it changes your viewing experience in the movies. They demonstrate how sounds are made, and the devices used to make them. 2 QR Codes (topic include Wall-E & Star Wars!) Did you know the "pew pew" laser sound, is a slinky?!?
The Printing Press
I love putting this outside the library. This talks about why the printing press was so vital to education. 2 QR codes. One shows it in action, the other is the history behind it. Also has a globe showing where Germany is located and their flag.
The Recorders
I love putting this outside a music room. This talks about the history of recorders and fun facts about musicians whom used them in their music. There is one QR code and 3 flags with remains of these musical instruments dating back to the 1500s.
Magnetic/Electric Brakes
Talks about the power of magnets in the science of stopping power. The 2 QR Codes are quite different. One is an amateur video of someone conducting an experiment of how the magnets can stop a wheel or vehicle. The other QR code is of Millenium Force a Rollercoaster at Cedar Point in Ohio. It is known for using this braking system and won multiple awards for ground breaking technology. Students get to "ride it" on a POV video. Also shows Mexican Flag and where Mexico is located on the Globe. (inventor from there)
Legos
This adventure card has 2 QR code but only one is a video. The video is a sneak peak inside the lego factory and how they make and design their sets. The other QR code takes you to the legos history website to learn about the roots of the company. The card also shows Denmark's flag and where it is located on the globe.
Blown Glass
This one contains 2 QR codes showing Venice Italy's masters making a horse from blown glass, and our very own Chihuly from the United States. I always put this outside our art room.
QR Code Scavenger Hunt Adventure - Computer Tech Activity
