QR Codes are the next big thing! QR Codes are a phenomenal way to incorporate technology to make your lessons more engaging. All you need is to cut and laminate, and you're ready to go! I like to place these at a work station with a device that can read QR Codes. You could use an ipod Touch, ipad, other tablet, or even a smartphone. Students get immediate feedback once the QR Code is scanned.
This QR Codes Area, Perimeter, and Volume Activity gives 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders a fantastic opportunity to use technology while learning. This will really help your students who NEED motivation. In the QR Codes Perimeter Activity, students will find the perimeter of several different figures or find the length or width when the perimeter is given. In the QR Codes Area Activity, students will find the area of several different figures or find the length or width when the area is given. Last of all, in the QR Codes Volume Activity, students will find the volume of rectangular prisms. This is great for practice or a review. A student recording sheet, 24 cards, and an answer sheet for the teacher is included for each set.
These QR Codes task cards may also be used with any of my game boards. Click on the FREE game board template below to view all my themed game boards.
