Description

This resource includes two sets of task cards.

Set 1: Find the missing number

Set 2: Find the missing operator

QR codes make task cards more engaging by integrating technology into your lesson! This resource is perfect for iPads, iPod touch, iPhones or android devices with QR code scanners.

This QR code resource of 40 task cards is great for work at a math center.

With the first set of 20 task cards, students can work individually scanning the codes and determining the value of a missing number to solve an equation. This set involves multiplication.

With the second set of 20 task cards, students determine the missing operator. This set involves multiplication and division.

In both sets, each task card is labeled with a number, 1 – 20 (total of 40 task cards).

For accountability, recording sheets are included. Students write down their answers and then scan the QR code to see if they are correct.

You will need a QR code reader to make the most of this resource. There are many FREE apps available for Apple and Android devices. You do NOT need Internet access to get the answers. The answers are embedded in the codes and will be displayed by your QR code reading device.

Answer sheets have also been included. So, if you do not have access to QR code reading devices, the kids can still use the task cards and refer to the answer sheet.
