Description

The Quadratic Key Features & Transformations Question Cards are a great STAAR or test prep activity for students to review key information about quadratic graphs and equations. Students will be able to select graphs & equations and answer questions about x-intercepts, y-intercepts, zeros, the vertex, axis of symmetry, domain, and range based on various graphs and quadratic equations. The activity works great as a group activity where students can check each others answers and get a variety of practice. There is also transformations cards where students will be able to pull random cards to describe the translations, reflections, and stretches (wider/narrower) that occur based on the equations. Can also be used as whole group review game with the variety of cards. It was very successful with my Algebra 1 remediation class for our STAAR prep activity!
