Balancing conversations can be hard to teach, this visual is so nice when talking about conversational skills. Used it in a sheet protector and kept track of our conversations. Great resource!

I use this resource with one of my students with which I am targeting reciprocity within conversations. I keep it laminated with its tokens on my "speech" bulletin board and this student spontaneously refers to the "conversation scale" whenever engaged in conversation with staff members and peers in my office.

A decent visual for frequency, but not super engaging for the student.
