The instruction was pretty good and I liked the worksheets to help outline a paragraph, but that is all there was. I was hoping there would be at least one text included so that the students could practices the method that was just taught to them. There wasn't as much material as I thought there would be in this resource.

I love using RACES structure for paragraph writing. It really helps create a formula for students to follow and makes it easier for me to grade their writing. I've definitely seen an improvement since I've started using this.

I always stress the RACES strategy very heavily at the beginning of the school year and find that it pays off throughout the year as we progress into longer essays. This was a very helpful resource.
