I have tried so many different ways to monitor and keep up with my RTI (response to intervention) students and their data. Recently I have created and loved using google forms! This form is just a base template that you can edit with your needs. I found that it really helps to just have a few buttons to click to gather lots of information and not have to remember to write all the notes down. (It also helps me become more eco-friendly by going paperless!)
