RTI/MTSS resource for STAR CBM Assessments which are research-based assessments that provide educators with accurate, valid, and reliable data about their students' achievement and growth. This document defines the CBM levels and has a SMART Goal paired with a Low Intensity Strategy. These Low Intensity Strategies allows teachers/interventionists to have a behavioral focus as well as an academic focus.
