This 13-question quiz gives students space at the top to write a list of their perfect squares before attempting to:

  • Simplify radicals expressions completely
  • Add/subtract radical expressions
  • Multiply/simplify radical expressions
  • Divide radical expressions and rationalize where appropriate

This is fairly easy, straightforward quiz that I used for my lower level Algebra 2 students.
