Thank you so much for your review - it's wonderful to hear that the resource was effective practice for your students. Our goals are that our differentiated and self-paced resources help teachers: ⭐ 1) Support students on their level at their pace, and ⭐ 2) Provide teachers the opportunity to provide feedback and address misconceptions effectively. Our Rates & Unit Rate Activity Bundle is one of the many topics that our team worked extremely hard on and tested in our own classrooms! We are a team of full-time teachers and have conducted published research on our differentiated self-paced model, with results showing that this model is extremely effective to support low, medium, and high students in middle school math. We are hoping to share it with other teachers to help students move on their level, at their pace. If you are looking for MORE differentiated & self-paced resources: We offer FIVE levels of challenge for each topic in our Activity Bundles, as well as 7 Assessments, and an Escape Room. Our differentiated resources allow teachers to provide: -- Lower students the LEVEL #1 lesson -- Medium students the LEVEL #3 lesson -- High students the LEVEL #5 lesson. Another option is to work your way as a class through Level #1 - 5 over the course of five days (I use this option a lot in my own classroom)! It's excellent for absent students, sub plans, and flipped classroom as well. Thanks again! Your feedback fuels our passion for creating resources that make a real difference in classrooms like yours!

Understand the concept of a unit rate 𝘢/𝘣 associated with a ratio 𝘢:𝘣 with 𝘣 ≠ 0, and use rate language in the context of a ratio relationship. For example, “This recipe has a ratio of 3 cups of flour to 4 cups of sugar, so there is 3/4 cup of flour for each cup of sugar.” “We paid $75 for 15 hamburgers, which is a rate of $5 per hamburger.”
Use ratio and rate reasoning to solve real-world and mathematical problems, e.g., by reasoning about tables of equivalent ratios, tape diagrams, double number line diagrams, or equations.
Solve unit rate problems including those involving unit pricing and constant speed. For example, if it took 7 hours to mow 4 lawns, then at that rate, how many lawns could be mowed in 35 hours? At what rate were lawns being mowed?
