A great simple lab about how temperature, size, and volume can effect the rate of a reaction. This lab is done using Alka-Seltzer tabs (or other effervescent tabs). It includes the data tables and Analysis and Conclusion questions. It was originally designed to be done in groups but it can be done by individual students.
