Description

Based on The Book Whisperer, I have created a cute and functional way to assess new students coming into your class. This resource helps you get to know them better as readers. This Google Form asks them about their reading habits, what they like to read, and their library interactions.

This is fully editable through Google Forms. You can adjust any question to better suit your needs. This form has the EXACT SAME questions as my paper version of the Reader's Survey ** Back To School **. You can look at this resource to have a better idea of what questions will be on the form.

The form covers the following topics:

-How often your students are reading

-Genres your students are interested in and already reading

-Ways your students determine which books they will read

-Reading Habits

-Much more!

Because this is a Google Form, you get INSTANT feedback. You can easily see how many of your students enjoy reading a certain genre, consider themselves readers, and how many of them are getting recommendations from friends versus book fair displays.

This is perfect for getting to know some of your reader's who may not be in the classroom.

Interested in purchasing my HYBRID Bundle? Get both the paper copy and the digital copy of the Reader's Survey here.

Want to see which specific books your students have already read or not read? Check out my Google Book Inventory. Helps you better plan read aloud choices, student book suggestions, and what books to add to your classroom library.
