Description

Reading Logs with Geography regions - These are perfect for Daily 5, Read Across America, homework, and making your students accountable for their free reading time, this is a fun way to integrate reading with Social Studies - geography.

Do you find that your students check out the same types of books at the library? If so, it is time to expand their horizons on the Reading Highway! You can incorporate this as part of your reading homework or a way to better document their free reading at school. The great thing about the Reading Highway is you are integrating reading and social studies. Too often, social studies is a subject that is takes a backseat to other subjects because of standardized testing. With a little planning and integration, you can open new worlds to your students on the Reading Highway.
