Do your students need practice reading 3 digit numbers in print? It's hard enough for some to read the numbers orally and to know the value of each place. Reading the numbers in words can be even tougher. They do need to be able to read 3 digit numbers for many reasons. One of them is LIFE! Another is for assessments. So why not give them plenty of practice in a bright and fun way.
Each card has a 3 digit number and 3 choices of how that number looks in words.
The student will read those 3 choices and pick the correct answer. They can write it on the answer key or just share it with a group.
There are 30 different 3 digit numbers so it's a good game for Scoot, small group instruction, or centers. There is a recording sheet and answer key.
