Included in this pack are two reading comprehension frames.

One is for fiction and the other is nonfiction.

These graphic organizers help students focus on their goal for reading the text.

I have included an example for each one with a sample book I’ve read with my first grade class. These can be scaled up or down depending on the level of your students. For pre-writers they can draw pictures to go with simple sentences or you can complete it whole-group. For more advanced students they can complete them on their own with more detailed sentences.

As always I only sell things I have personally used in my own classroom with real-live students and seen positive outcomes.
