This resource contains 36 reading comprehension question cards for all the comprehension strategies. Use these questions after reading ANY text. They can be used for guided reading groups, after read alouds, during whole-class shared reading activities and for students to use during independent reading time.

This set now includes a set that is tailored for teachers and a second set geared for students' use. Both sets contain the same questions; only the format has changed.

Included are questions for demonstrating understanding, inferring, predicting, making connections, analyzing, evaluating, point of view and visualizing.

Each card includes:

A question for a specific reading comprehension strategy.
