Also includes a parent reading conference form where it can be noted the different strategies students can use to understand what they read. This is a nice way to keep parents in the loop while providing them with a resource to help their children. There is also a notes section at the bottom where the teacher/parent can note important observations about student reading. This space would also be wonderful to write about student growth and future goals!
