FREE resource: See Read Build Write

This is a great resource to help your young person with spelling.

The worksheet can be printed and laminated so that you can reuse it with a whiteboard marker or the like.

You can then use relevant words that you want to work with your child and stick it on to the See section.

This resource works in 3 steps:

⭐ Step 1 - have your child sound the word out and talk about the individual sounds and then get them to read the word as a whole.
⭐ Step 2 - have your child build the word. You can use magnetic letters or playdough. Whatever you have on hand. And get them to say the individual letter sounds again and then say the whole word. This reinforces what they're saying is the word in the "see" section.

This might be as far as you get depending on your child's age or stage.

⭐ Step 3 - is to write the word. Get them to say the sounds as they go.

Download the worksheet for free on our website and watch the support video to see in more detail how exactly this great resource is used. https://learningboosters.com.au/product/see-read-build-write-free-download/. ~ Zoe
