Description

This Reading Log was used in my classroom with students successfully recording their completed readings from Read to Self. The students were to write the title of their books in their Log once they finished the book so they could take an Accelerated Reader comprehension test the next time they took their turn on the iPad mini or classroom laptop. A simple box is next to each title for students to check off when their Accelerated Reader test was completed or a simple 0 if there is no test available for that book.

I tried to keep this very basic for my students. This was used both in our classroom and in our Take Home Folders for the very ambitious readers to record their reading at home.

I advise you to download the PREVIEW of this product as well because it further explains my thoughts on how this was used in my classroom.
