This is a template for a Reading Report for Chapter Books.

Children who are reading chapter books and demonstrate comprehension and make predictions with this reading report.

How to use: After the child reads one or more chapters, he or she can identify what is happening in the story so far, and predict what might happen next. Once the child reads another set of pages, they complete an additional report and confirm if their previous predictions were accurate!

Montessori Connection: Beginning writers can use the movable alphabet to generate responses and then, if they are ready, copy their words onto the page.
