Description

I developed these reading and math data trackers for my formative goals this year. Which is to have students set goals then track their own data. I modified this version so that it is editable. You can decide if you want students goals to be AR percent or AR points. You can also edit the dates. Most of the Math Data sheets are editable. You can customize for what topics or units you math program uses. We have intervention groups where we work on Essential Standards. The other 2 pages are for tracking that data. It is also customizable depending on what your essential standards are at your grade level.

You can edit text boxes to suit your needs. There are some text boxes that I personally would delete and just have the students write in their own data. I put them there so that you can make the decision for your self.

Printing

PowerPoint can be finicky. Most likely you will need to select color printing in order for the clip art to show up even though you are sending it to you schools photocopier.

I hope this product helps you student take ownership of their learning.
