This was great for monitoring test data for my 7th graders!
I used this resource to have my students gather their own data and host their own parent conferences. It worked wonderfully and it is very easy for the students to fill out.
You are awesome for sharing! Exactly what I was looking for. I can't wait to use next year in my class for reading. We have 10 units that we work through with three weeks inside of each. I am going to use these sheets for the students to set goals and track their own data, while I track their data in my own binder.
