Description

In the beginning of almost every chapter, there's a review vocabulary and grammar section. I use this PowerPoint to test students to see how much they remember from Spanish 1.

Upon introducing the chapter vocabulary in the beginning of the unit, I present the vocabulary so they can see the Spanish vocabulary word, the English translation, and a visual image.

Students learn differently, and sometimes they need a visual image to remember the word.

In addition, I pronounce the word first so they can hear the proper pronunciation. Then they repeat after me.

The power-point is set-up if you want to do a review with the class, only the English word will appear first, then after hearing the class give the correct vocabulary word, you can click to show the Spanish translation.

Supposedly, the Autentico textbook mirrors exactly the same as Realidades, so you can use this power-point for BOTH textbooks.
