About this product: contains a girl and boy version of these reflection forms with and without lines.

How To Use: Lower elementary students can draw or write what happened in the blank box and what they will do better the next time. Upper elementary students can use the form with lines. I like to send these home for parents to review. These forms come in handy when it comes time for conferences. I included a spot for parent signature.

QUICK TIP: Copy on colored paper and place on a ring for easy teacher access.
