Description

SPRING is here! Symmetry Drawing (or reflection drawing) is a fantastic way for students to strengthen their observation skills and their math skills by learning to recognize patterns, estimate size and proportions, and utilize spatial reasoning.

Can you draw the other half? Students will love the challenge of visualizing and then creating the other half of a drawing using the grid lines as a guide for measurement.

This SPRING collection is a .pdf file that contains 12 images (with both the right half and left half missing) that will have your students asking for more! Great for early finishers or for center work.

PDF file contains the following images (left and right half):

Birdhouse

Bumblebee

Butterfly

Flower

Frog

Ladybug

Mushroom

Potted Plant

Rabbit

Rainbow

Strawberry

Tulip
