After introducing students to the concept of reflexes and learning about the divisions of the nervous system, I engage my students with this fun exploration of some of their reflexes, namely the knee jerk reflex and the pupillary reflex. After testing out their own reflexes and reflection with some post-activity questions, I have them design their own reflex labs.
