This goes along with the Autentico 2 (the older edition is Realidades 2) textbook but can be applied to any reflexive verb unit.

This bundle includes entrance slip, notes, practice, partner work, review, writing compositions, quizzes and tests. The quizzes and test have 2-3 different versions in order to help reduce "wandering eyes". You can give each row a different test or alternate tests in the row for a random sort. Also, the different tests could work well for make-up assessments for absent students.

Writing composition (25 points) has a rubric. Quizzes (25 points) and tests (50 points) have the point breakdown for each part. Answer key can be provided if needed, contact me.
