This report writing spreadsheet that allows you to automatically select statements with a click from 18 statements in 9 categories (162 statements in all) to build up a full report on each pupil. The statements will automatically enter the pupil's name and alter gender pronouns (he/she etc). statements can then be pasted into other packages. Full class lists can be entered, and a new spreadsheet generated at the end which stores a copy of all the report comments for the class. Allows up to 50 pupils within a class. All statements are user editable, so you can enter your own subject specific statements or amend the existing ones and free typing is allowed in the final comment.
