Description
Hello!
This 12 problem activity was created for a unit review in multiplication. We had already learned about the different ways of representing multiplication. In this activity, students will read a word problem that requires them to multiply in order to find the answer. When they do, they will also be asked to represent their answer in 5 different ways: equal groups, arrays, area models, repeated addition and equal jumps on a number line.
This turned out to be a great activity for my student as it really helped them see a visual connection between the different representations of multiplication.
